  • Aluminum Round Cake Pan, 8-Inch

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Cake flour
  • 2.5 Baking powder
  • 0.5 Salt
  • 2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 2 no Egg
  • 2 Vanila
  • 1.5 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare two 8 in. round pans with vegetable pan spray.
  • In medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt
  • In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Continue beating one minute. Divide batter evenly into prepared pans.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on cooling grid 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely on grid.

Notes

Recipe makes about 7 cups batter.
