Simple Cake

- Aluminum Round Cake Pan, 8-Inch
Ingredients
- 3 cup Cake flour
- 2.5 Baking powder
- 0.5 Salt
- 2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 2 no Egg
- 2 Vanila
- 1.5 cup Milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare two 8 in. round pans with vegetable pan spray.
- In medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt
- In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Continue beating one minute. Divide batter evenly into prepared pans.
- Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on cooling grid 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely on grid.
